DESCRIPTION:If you’ve ever wanted to bring your designs to life\, join us for an immersive experience where you’ll delve into the essentials of Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) and learn the skills needed to operate CNC machines effectively. This class is tailored for beginners and anyone interested in the endless possibilities of CNC machining. \nSign up now and unlock the potential to shape your creations with precision and accuracy! \nCome to our workshop if: \n\nYou’re eager to create precise and intricate parts with CNC technology.\nYou are looking for efficient and cost-effective solutions for production.\nYou enjoy customizing projects and exploring diverse design variations.\n\nDetails: \nDuration: 3 hours \nClass Capacity: 2 to 6 participants \nPrerequisites: None \nOptional: 2D Modelling with VCarve Pro or 3D Modelling with Fusion360 for Computer-aided design (CAD)\nPlease note\, we do not cover the process of CAD for creating\, designing\, or modifying files for the CNC in this class. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian provide supervision during the class. \nWhere can I park? \nMaker Cube’s parking lot has ample space available. Should the lot reach capacity\, there is additional street parking along 206A St. \nHow do I cancel or reschedule a class? \nRefunds or credit for future classes will only be provided if we are notified by email to info@makercube.ca at least 24 hours in advance of the class. No refunds will be provided for late cancellation\, and a re-booking fee of 50% of the cost of the class will be applied to reschedule a class. \nProcessing fees not refunded. \nPlease arrive 15 minutes before the class for sign-in and to ensure it starts on time.
