About the Instructor :

Corey Gerard – Welding Instructor at Maker Cube

Corey’s interest in fabrication began in 2012 when he started working for a water jet company. After a few years of building a strong skill set in metallurgy, precision measures and water jet cutting, Corey began a new career path working for foundation mechanical. At his new career he has expanded his welding skills while learning how to build brewery equipment and gained experience in laser cutting, graphic design and brewing beer!

In his space time when he’s not tinkering at Maker Cube, Corey enjoys; rock climbing in the summer, snow boarding in the winter, playing guitar and drinking an ice cold beer.
